MVJ College of Engineering is demanding valued added fees of 40,000 from all CET students who have taken admission in the college. I myself have been charged excess fees two times in 2018 and 2019. Students are threatened with ban from classes, fines and cancellation of seat if they refuse to pay this illegal fee. This has clearly been prohibited by the circular issued by the Admission Overseeing Committee of KEA in 2019 and is a blatant breach of KEA guidelines. The students demand strict action against MVJ College of Engineering and re compensation of this amount which has been unlawfully extorted from them.
