We can make a difference in humankind- Right here, right now. Kanye West is in a position to finally give Beyoncé what she deserves.

While watching Taylor accept the award for Best Video at the VMA's in 2009 I, like most young Americans, was floored (shocked, awed, whatever) when Kanye took the floor to insert his glorious opinion that Beyoncé "had one of the best videos of all time" and should have won the award. 

Fast forward to the Grammys in 2015, Kanye disses Beck, claiming that he "needs to respect artistry and he should have given his award to Beyoncé" on live TV for the world to hear/see.  Because once wasn't enough.  (PS poor Kim, he clearly has a crush on the Queen B)

Today (May 11, 2015), Kanye receives an honorary Doctorate from the Art Institute of Chicago, my hometown...the day I am slightly embarrassed and ashamed to live here in Chicago (or on this planet for that matter).

Good people of the world: I believe it is Mr. West who needs to respect true artistry.  We DEMAND that Kanye give his Honorary Doctorate to someone more deserving than himself.  Someone who has had one of the best videos of all time.  Someone more beautiful, more fierce, and undeniably more humble. I think it's time he stop pawning off everyone else's awards, and give her one of his own!

Well Mr. West, if public opinion is your medium...we (the public) demand that you relinquish your Doctorate to Beyoncé immediately. Don't worry Kanye, "I'mma let you finish" sooner or later.  The people NEED to see how much you truly think Beyoncé is the greatest and here is your chance to save your credibility.(PS I like your music sometimes, I simply think she is a more deserving artist and should have won the award...don't you agree?)
