Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Kansans have no protection from discrimination under the current law. Our goal is to raise awareness of this population’s struggles and to support the passage House Bill 2323. This Bill will make it illegal in Kansas to fire, evict, and deny services to others based on their sexual orientation and/or gender identity.  It is our belief that all people should be treated equally and have protection under the law to protect their basic human rights.
