On June 7th, 2020 my father was rear-ended on his motorcycle while stopped at this intersection. Due to his critical injuries he passed away on June 13th, 2020. There has been multiple accidents at this intersection and nothing is ever done to prevent more. There is no reduced speed, no rumble strips, and no indication that there is a stop until right before the sign. If you are not familiar with this road then you don't know there's even a stop. Please help us get KDOT and County Officials to do something about this intersection. We need to make it safer to prevent more injuries and deaths.
