Homeless in the Watts Mill Park continue to destroy the park and business around the park by drinking alcohol and harassing citizens on the bike path. Constant fighting and running around naked exposing themselves along with panhandling customers from local businesses in a private parking lots. Park seating is taken over by the homeless and alcohol bottles are strewn across the park.
