The problem highlighted here is the fact that Kannada being the regional language of Karnataka is not given prominence in most of pubs and clubs of Karnataka. Specially Bengaluru ! While it is predominantly English or Hindi that is being played along with some Tamil/Telugu numbers once in a while, seldom does one get to hear popular Kannada numbers being played. We are making a petition requesting to play atleast 3-4 popular Kannada songs in whatever genre suits the ambience of the club everyday as a gesture of respect to the region that the establishment has been set up in and also to help promote and encourage the regional talent and music scene. We Kannadiga's talk about this issue every day but we never take an initiative to change it ! The time has come now, To raise voice for our mother toungue and to get the respectful righteous place it deserves ! 

Let us repeate , we are not asking to play only kannada songs , our request is to Include kannada also along with any other language songs that is being played on daily basis ! We love and respect all languages similarly asking to love n respect our's too i.e. Kannada !

Because we Respecting you is directly proportional to you respecting our language !
