Precise ParkLink is a FOR PROFIT service obtained by businesses, condo corporations, city planners, strip malls and petty apartment complexes.  It's another way for large corporations like Kaneff Group of Companies to pocket cash ($2/hr, $10/day) and diminish services for its residents!

 Tenants got notice in the hallways and elevators the same day as the pay station was installed. I don't know about you, but that was a complete shock and seems very inconsiderate and disrespectful to say the least.

 I’ve heard countless complaints from neighbours pertaining to this parking crisis, and nothing has been done.  It’s awkward, embarrassing and unneeded.  This needs to stop now!

 Sherobee Towers is not a condo building, a park, a shopping complex, a city attraction or any other place that paid enforced parking should be.  It's people’s homes.  

We've already lost the pool and squash areas (which Kaneff still advertises on their signs luring new hopeful tenants in), and unless you're up to date on your tetanus shots, I would avoid the tennis courts as well.  At this rate of cutting services and deterioration of the building, we’ll all soon be looking for new homes.  It’s deplorable.

 Unfortunately our building does not have an in-house tenant board to represent the building on matters such as this; this should be considered in the future.  We need to exercise our rights and stop this payment enforced parking as item number 1! Our family and friends should not have to pay to visit us! They're not patrons, they're guests!

 I’m told that due to hospital patrons using our building’s free parking, that this is the reason for bringing in Precise ParkLink.  Fine, if there’s no option for permanent removal of this system, then give the tenants who already PAY to live in Sherobee Towers the ability to:

 

1) Speak with management to obtain parking permits for their guests; just as was done for overnight parking in the past

 2) Assign 2 or more permanent parking passes to each suite so management won’t have to be bugged throughout the day/night

 

Kaneff residents: Let's try and get this payment enforced parking abolished or at the very least altered to better serve the paying residents of this building. Our family friends, and ourselves, should not have to suffer.  If you aren't afraid to post your name, please do so, so that Kaneff can see 100% that this is a concern from their residents!  Please sign this petition to make Kaneff aware that it's NOT OKAY.

Kaneff: WE pay you to live here.  The least you can do is actually consider the residents who put money in your pockets and the affects you have on the building by implementing such crooked schemes.
