In the residential area near Downtown Elementary, where parents such as myself,walk their child/children to school face challenges of being hit by speeding cars. Particularly on the streets of Fourth Street and Madison Avenue drivers speed through and there are no school zone signs nor are there speed humps to slow these drivers down. Please help me to get speed humps in this area and avoid a child and/or parent from being a victim of a terrible situation. Thank you soooo much in advance for your support!!!!!
