When is enough, enough? Our home was stolen from us by a document filed at the county records. Title reports show we sold our home to a dba documents filed at county records but because the name is affilated with a subsididary of government NO one will listen. . It's assumed it's them. (Government) No one will provide facts to show it is and the assumptions keep adding up, but we have the truth in our documentation and even the courts are denying us due process.  LA county Sheriffs forcibly removed us from our home weapons drawn, battery ram broke and damaged our home while we watched offering them the keys and our ID proving we own the home. Does that sound like a peaceful repossession?  Our belongings stolen shortly thereafter, no official documentation provided by anyone and officials refuse to ask acting as if we are the criminals, and then months later a servicer transfer to another non-bank and changed principal. Still no one will listen or help.     Our son, brother passed in our home in 2010 but now associated counsel in Texas is asking for 3 times what we bought our home for and a large cash down payment., still of course refusing to provide any documentation proving ownership, all while the same associated counsels name is on another document we have but working for another financial institution Approving substitution of attorneys.
