This a petition to investigate a massage business in Kalispell Montana.

We the massage therapists of the Flathead valley request investigation of the business in Kalispell, Montana called the Best Chinese Massage. The business if located at 419 1st Ave. East in Kalispell. The phone # of Best Chinese Massage is 406-314-6388. It is the complaint of those signing this petition that the business called “Best Chinese Massage” in Kalispell is advertising in an unethical and sexually enticing manner. You can find Best Chinese Massage ad’s on the following links. Please note that the picture in this petition is from her current ad. This picture does not represent the explicit pictures the owner had published in her advertising recently. We have noticed that since Best Chinese Massage in Kalispell has been made aware that some massage therapists in the Flathead are not happy with her advertising, she has gotten rid of the most suggestive advertising pictures. One picture was of a young Asian girl in a neglegee in a suggestive pose. Here is a link to her current “Back Room” advertising. We, the massage therapists of the Flathead Valley have worked hard establishing ethical massage therapy practices. We have good working relationships with the rest of the healthcare community here in Kalispell and want to keep that reputation.

We realize it is the work of the Kalispell Police Department to determine criminality in this case and the Montana Board of Massage to determine legal and ethical status of the massage therapist. We appreciate and are asking for their professional and legal attention to this case.
