Kaiser Permanente: Give earned bonuses to employees

The Issue

We are committed to restoring a true worker-management partnership based on the principles of fairness and respect. Kaiser Permanente has chosen to ignore these principles that are the pillars of balanced and stable partnership.

On one hand, Kaiser Permanente made a record $7.4 billion in profits in 2019 and gave substantial increases to more than three dozen millionaire executives. On the other hand, they are denying OPEIU Local 2 members their earned PSP Rewards for Results bonus.

We demand that all Kaiser workers in the Mid-Atlantic region get their PSP Rewards for Results bonus. Kaiser has the moral imperative to share the company’s prosperity and stop the practice of picking winners and losers.
