We, the undersigned, call for the immediate removal of the current principal at Kahuku High School. Over time, concerns from students, parents, staff, and community members have grown louder, pointing to a pattern of leadership that lacks transparency, accountability, and incompetency.  While we honor the traditions and values that make Kahuku unique, it is clear that the school is facing ongoing challenges that require fresh leadership, transparency, and a renewed commitment to academic excellence, student well-being, and community involvement.

In all of the years of this administration, we have seen a pattern of instability, unaccountability, low morale, and financial irresponsibility. We are not calling for change lightly; we are calling for it because our children's safety, education, and future are at stake.

We believe that with the right leadership, Kahuku can continue to thrive—not just on the field, but in the classroom and in the lives of every student. We urge the Hawaiʻi Department of Education to listen to our voices and act in the best interest of the students and the community.
