2018 & newer Crosstrek models, specifically those painted in the color Sunshine Orange, are experiencing chipping or cracking paint on their hoods. Some consumers are finding success with settling with Subaru of America for faulty paint, and some are not. We believe these settlements should be fair and equal for every owner experiencing this problem.

This petition aims to have the problem "officially" recognized by Subaru, hold Subaru of America accountable, and open talks with the company on how those affected by this defect can find a resolution.
