Poor dog Lucas was tied to a concrete brick and thrown off a bridge and into a river were he drowned and suffered a horrible death. The man who did this says that Lucas was killed in a humane way and did not suffer. This is a horrible statement from the dog killer, and he needs to get punished hard. In Norway there is tradition to give animal abusers very light punishment. He could get away with just a small fine. Help us tell the police and Norwegian justice sector that this man has to be be punished according to the full extent of the law!
