Dear Prime minster, 

As a used-to-be renter, and current mom-and-papa landlord myself, I would like to ask you, and the Canadian federal government to require all banks put 6-month deferral of mortgage payments of all the rental properties where families are being severely impacted by the current covid-19 outbreak. 

Most of working Canadians, tenants and mom-and-pop landlords all included, work hard, pay rents/mortgage on time, save a little every month, buy our first home, we celebrate and keep going, we buy few more homes to share with more people who are just like us 5, 10 years ago. We keep the economic booming, banks flourishing, Canadian dreams beaming bright into the future. 

When this covid-19 hits, many renters are losing their jobs, afraid of no money to pay rents, many landlords are willing to help but worried a little saving of their own won't carry far before banks start to send default notice, which, will put many Canadians into horrible situation. 

Banks are starting the initiatives, but more swift measure is desperately needed - 6 month rents&mortgage deferring on all rentals with job lost by either tenants or landlords are the help in great need. Thank you.
