We want a travel ban on anyone who has been in any area which supports 'Wet Markets' that have a high potential to create a pandemic.
Wet Markets – such as the one in Wuhan, China, is believed to be the starting point of the coronavirus outbreak.

The ban should only be lifted until those dangerous  'wet markets' have ceased to exist or dangerous practices have ceased.

We're in this coronavirus mess because of 'wet markets' and it is the most obvious first defense to help prevent it in the future.

An independent science council would be required to determine what a dangerous 'wet market' is and where they exist. Political and economic pressures can not be allowed in the process to determine travel ban locations.
