*** ATTENTION *** With the countless support that we have been receiving --- it is truly inspiring that so many would take the opportunity and time to be a voice and take a stand for innocent life in need.... truly showing the hope in humanity. Throughout this journey to help urge the Canadian Government to ban the commercial seal hunt, I have truly learned a lot, not only about the issues that this seal slaughter brings and how the Government supports this inhumanity --- but also about individuals and organizations that are putting everything (heart, soul and dedication) into helping save these innocent beings, and making that imperative stand -- where so many choose to ignore -- in order to make that difference and change within the world. This support (voices and actions) is showing that these precious lives (seals) are more important then the money and unnecessary products that come from the thousands of lives that are lost due to this slaughter -- that showing compassion and respect for such lives is stronger then the greed and inhumanity that goes hand in hand with this hunt. This petition is not to just to ban the Canada Commercial Seal Hunt, and to save lives -- but to show unity of voices, a unity so powerful that changes for the better can be made, and that animal voices can be heard worldwide due to us, humanity, coming together and making a stand~ to show Governments that it is not about bettering our nation, but our world and future - for all life, not just for humanity.
