Puppy mills are organizations that mass-produce dogs in very inhumane living conditions. The goal is to produce as many dogs as possible with the Maximum cost. They are a disgrace and shouldn't have existed in the first place. I would like to find a way to make them stop producing dogs and shut down indefinitely. If more people were to Adopt the dogs instead of buying them maybe this wouldn't be happening. I think people should be more aware of the living conditions and the way the dogs are being treated because if people were more knowledgeable about the situation it would be easier to solve
