Canada PR applicants from outside Canada (Outland applicants) are waiting for over a year in the dark with no updates and timelines. For many of these outland applicants who applied in 2020 have their applications approved (as per GCMS notes) but no COPRs have been issued.

Earlier there were travel restrictions but now things are cleared for approved Permanent Residents to land in Canada and start our career. Many of us have good connections with our previous employers in Canada and they're asking us for an expected arrival date in Canada to continue working there.

Since the travel restrictions are eased, and most of us have already taken the vaccines does, we request you to complete our PR applications and issue COPRs.
Otherwise, please give out an update for the outland applicants and an expected timeline for issuing COPRs.
