As governments and employers implement vaccine mandates across Canada, many are losing their rights and their employment as they stay true to their principles and religious beliefs and do what is best for their families and our nation.
This question and answer session is being provided by Liberty Coalition Canada to help you and your loved ones navigate these difficult times. The primary focus of this session will be on employment but the information provided will be helpful to those facing vaccine mandates at schools, clubs and sports teams.
James will begin the webinar with an explanation of the Canadian laws that are relevant to vaccine mandates. Then he will address the following issues:
Do Medical and religious exemptions, accommodations and notices of liability work?
Does one have to share medical information with an employer?
Is there a class action suit available?
How can my union help or hinder?
Do I have to submit to regular testing? Is it better to resign or be fired or laid off?
What kind of a time frame will legal solutions take?
What is the most effective strategy to change where things are going?
Then we will have a time for questions from the meeting participants.
