Liberty Coalition Canada to Sue at Least One University in Ontario: But There is No Silver Bullet for Freedom.
Listen to this interview with James Kitchen- Our Chief Litigator for Liberty Coalition Canada as he talks about how Canadian Universities have denied thousands of students from school this year after submitting vaccine exemption forms. James shares helpful information on how students can fight back against this. He Also shares how him and his team will sue one Ontario University for their unlawful vaccine mandates. Listen till the end for full details!
We hope to take legal action against one Ontario University soon, and then eventually go ahead with several important cases, after this initial onslaught and we can take stock of the damage and where to go next.
In the short run, your rights will not be respected (and likely enough, not even in the long run). This is essentially a rapid meltdown of the rule of law and you don't likely stop something like this with anything less than an army of well-prepared lawyers, and a very large group of courageous citizens willing to stand up and perhaps suffer some loss in the process. We pray that God equip all of us to stand and to be courageous.
We encourage you to count the cost of choosing what is right over what is easy. Brace yourself for a season of difficulty. Find a community of like-minded, ethical people who will flourish with you locally.

Our mailbox is full of emails from those who've sent in accommodation or exemption requests and, almost without exception, been denied. Often there is little explanation nor identification of who decided.
These stories are both shocking and heart-wrenching in the details. There are thousands of students, parents, employees, and employers facing unethical discrimination. And the pace is not letting up. Almost the entire corporate and academic worlds are playing into their own fears of liability and fears of the cancel culture.
We, Liberty Coalition Canada, encourage people to stand and resist medical coercion and attacks on informed consent and bodily freedom. Take your stand for liberty, for your integrity, for your personal freedom, and to save what is left of our free society so that your grandchildren may know something more than a life of slavery to the state.
Liberty is a delicate thing. It flows from the combination of law and love.
Law exists to restrain evil. "Great peace have they who love your law, and nothing can make them stumble”. Ps 119:165. “We know that the law is good if one uses it properly. We also know that law is made not for the righteous but for lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly and sinful, the unholy and irreligious; for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers, for adulterers and perverts, for slave traders and liars and perjurers—and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine” 1 Ti 1:8–10.
But the law/authority must be limited to the sphere of justice in order that personal freedom to love (to do that which God has said we ought to do for another) is maintained. “A ruler who oppresses the poor is like a driving rain that leaves no crops” Pr 28:3. When the righteous triumph, there is great elation; but when the wicked rise to power, men go into hiding.” Pr 28:12. “By justice a king gives a country stability, but one who is greedy for bribes tears it down” Pr 29:4.
In the short run, your rights will not be respected (and likely enough, not even in the long run). We’re turning away dozens of people, telling them we can't help them and they need to stand on their own.
We expect tens of thousands will lose their jobs, their education, and their activities. We encourage you to take political and personal action at work and in your community, fighting back in coalesced groups through voluntary collective action. We hope to take legal action against one Ontario University soon, and then eventually go ahead with several important cases, after this initial onslaught and we can take stock of the damage and where to go next.
There is no silver bullet solution. We encourage you to put your hope in Jesus Christ through faith, not in men (principled and brave though some may be). We encourage you to count the cost of choosing what is right over what is easy. Brace yourself for a season of difficulty. Find a community of like-minded, ethical people who will flourish with you locally.
“Liberty lies in the hearts of men and women; when it dies there, no constitution, no law, no court can save it; no constitution, no law, no court can even do much to help it."
~Judge Learned Hand
