One thing that makes America a better country to live in, is the fact that they have foodstamps. Poor people can benefit off of it to help pay for their expenses. Canada however, does not have this same kind of luxury. My question is why? 

I have an extremely low income, and am forced to pay as much as 500 dollars every month, and for what exactly? I dont have ANY form of income assistance. I don't get ANY funds. It's ridiculous. 

Furthermore, I know there's thousands, if not millions of people like me who are just as poor as I am, if not worse, and they cant benefit of welfare or foodstamps due to the fact that Canada doesn't have that same kind of coverage that the US and other countries have. Canadians such as myself are forced to live in poverty, we are forced to pay large sums of money for everything, and we get zero support! 

To the Prime Minster of Canada: please change this! Give Canada foodstamps, so we don't have to suffer any more. We deserve better!
