Still hoping that Montreal finalizes our applications soon

Since the last few months, we have been waiting for Montreal to finalize applications. However, our hopes have not been satisfied. Every week, we see very few people receiving their approvals. Majority of us are in the dark about the status of our applications. We do not receive updates no matter how much we call, email or raise webforms. We have invested so much in this immigration process - financially, emotionally and mentally. It is very disturbing to see the rate at which applications in Montreal are being finalized.
