Not enough movement seen in this VO

Last week we were very happy to see some movement in permanent residence files from Montreal. A bunch of people received ADRs and a few received PPRs too. However, this week we are seeing a return to the previous setup. We strongly urge all the decision makers to improve the processing speed of Montreal. The rate at which PPRs are being issued is not enough. The VO needs to improve its speed if it is to clear the backlog. We are hoping to see at least 10 PPRs for Outland applicants from this VO every week, as opposed to the current scenario of 2-3 PPRs per week.
