End Non-Selective Live Trapping Practices in Canada

End Non-Selective Live Trapping Practices in Canada
The Issue
Dog snared in wildlife trap prompts call for tighter laws
But the laws proposed after the dear friend of Randy McNolty, who was out for a walk with his owner on January 17, 2016 was caught in a non-selective snare and hung to death. The dog who had saved his owner's life from a bear attack the year prior died in his frantic owner's arms - blood pouring out of his mouth while his owner held and tried to free him.

I ask all Canadian citizens and urge Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the Members of the Legislative Assembly to analyze this issue. The current proposal to "optionally place signage near trap lines" isn't enough.
I ask Canadian citizens-what would happen to a child who couldn't read and encountered such a snare or non-selective leg hold trap......
What would your reaction be if your pet accidentally stepped in or became hung by a non-selective trap?
Adult humans have been reported to step on leg hold traps while out in the wilderness... shattering their bones and requiring surgery, sometimes amputation....
END NON-SELECTIVE TRAPPING METHODS IN CANADA TODAY. Our world is too populated for this archaic and hill-billy past time. Everyone should be able to enjoy the outdoors with their children and pets without worrying about dying in a trap line.
