Thank You For Your Support!

Hello everyone, With all the other issues going on in North America right now, it was no doubt difficult to get traction with this petition, but I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who signed and/or shared. Unfortunately, time was against us. Just as we started seeing a real uptick in supporters, it was announced that Prime Minister Trudeau is scheduled to meet with Trump on Monday, February 13th. It is very unlikely he will cancel this meeting, but that doesn't mean the fight is over! This is what I intend to do: Tomorrow, I will email Mr. Trudeau with copies of the signature list and the comments list. I will also include a link to our petition, and implore him to read the comments there, if any new ones should be added before Monday. At very least, I would like him to understand our concerns, and perhaps he will bear them in mind when he meets with Trump. I think that's the best we can do.
