ISIS attacks after US strikes Syria

As expected, there are reports coming out that ISIS has taken advantage of the attack Trump made on Syrian airbase. This airbase was used to provide aerial support to Syrian troops in Palmyra and Deir Ezzor. Now those troops have no air cover, and ISIS has apparently launched and offensive in the region. Attack Syria helps only ISIS and Al-Quada. Civilian casualties of the attack have been reported by the local Syrian governor.
