Mackay and the rest of North Queensland is much more than a right wing area of the country. By appointing three far right politicians in Bob Katter, Pauline Hanson and George Christensen it shows that they have little regard for our intelligence with little understanding of the complex and varied issues we face. To have a panel in Nth Qld and not include an indigenous spokesperson is a disgrace and has ensured that the panel will end up as nothing but an immigrant bashing, climate change denying farce. 

I call on Justin Milne, Chairman if the ABC board to remove Bob Katter after his endorsement of the disgraceful speech made by his Senator Fraser Anning and replace him with a person not associated with a political party to ensure a fair and balanced discussion.
