We, the concerned citizens of India, raise our voices in defense of Ms. Sharmistha Panoli, a law student who has been unjustly arrested by the West Bengal Police over a social media post related to "Operation Sindoor."

Despite apologizing and deleting the post, she was taken from her home and detained — without prior summons or notice, violating her fundamental rights under Articles 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India.
