Subject: Let us unite and fight for Justice for Pastor Praveen Pagadala.

The suspicious death of Pastor Praveen Pagadala on March 24th, 2025, is known to us all. Pastor Praveen left Hyderabad at 11:00 AM on that day and reportedly met with an accident at 11:42 PM near Kovvur-Konathamuru. The sequence of events leading up to the incident raises many doubts and unanswered questions.

On April 12th, the East Godavari District SP and IG held a press meet stating that Pastor Praveen Pagadala died in a self-accident and that the accident was caused by drunk driving while riding a two-wheeler.

While the case was still under investigation, on March 29th, after the press meet, various media channels released videos alleging that Praveen was seen purchasing alcohol in Hyderabad and Eluru, that he met with an accident near the Keesara Toll Plaza, and that he had fallen near a lorry at Jaggayyapeta with his bike.

When the East Godavari SP was questioned about these videos, they mentioned that only the videos released during the March 29th press meet should be considered and that the other circulating videos should not be taken as authentic. However, they still went on to use some of those circulating videos to conclude in their investigation that Pastor Praveen died due to a bike accident caused by drunk driving.

Throughout this entire incident, the videos and photos in circulation raise several unanswered and suspicious questions. Without providing any credible, verifiable evidence, the police claiming that Pastor Praveen died because of drunk driving is not acceptable.

The post-mortem report listed certain injuries but failed to provide conclusive explanations or credible evidence to answer the many arising doubts and questions. Claiming that Pastor Praveen died in an accident while driving a bullet bike under the influence of alcohol, without substantiating this with solid proof, is unacceptable.

Jishnu Dev Varma, request a Sitting Judge Judicial Inquiry.

విషయం : పాస్టర్ ప్రవీణ్ పగడాల గారికి న్యాయం జరిగేలా ఉద్యమిద్దాం, పోరాడదాం.

2025 వ సంవత్సరం మార్చ్ నెల 24 వ తేదీన పాస్టర్ ప్రవీణ్ పగడాల గారి అనుమానాస్పద మృతి సంఘటన మనకందరికి విదితమే. ప్రవీణ్ గారు హైదరాబాద్ నుంచి మార్చ్ నెల 24 వ తేదీ ఉదయం 11 గంటలకు బయలుదేరి  కొవ్వూరు కొంతమూరు వద్ద అర్ధరాత్రి  11 గంటల 42 నిమిషాలకు ప్రమాదానికి గురియైన ప్రదేశం వరకు జరిగిన సంఘటనలు అన్ని అనేక అనుమానాలకు తావిచ్చేలా వున్నాయి. 

ఏప్రిల్ నెల 12 వ తేదీన తూర్పు గోదావరి జిల్లా SP మరియు IG గారు పాస్టర్ ప్రవీణ్ పగడాల సెల్ఫ్ ఆక్సిడెంట్ లో చనిపోయారు మరియు మద్యం తాగి ద్విచక్రవాహనాన్ని నడపడం ప్రమాదానికి కారణంగా ప్రెస్ మీట్ లో చెప్పడం జరిగింది. 

ప్రవీణ్ గారి అనుమానాస్పద మృతి కేసు విచారణలో ఉండగానే మార్చ్ నెల 29 వ తేదీ విలేకరుల సమావేశం తరవాత ప్రవీణ్ గారు హైదరాబాద్, ఏలూరు లో మద్యం దుకాణాలలో మద్యం కొనుగోలు చేస్తున్నట్లు, కీసర టోల్ ప్లాజా వద్ద ప్రమాదానికి గురి అయినట్లు, జగ్గయ పేట వద్ద లారీ పక్కనే బైక్ తో పడిపోయి ప్రమాదానికి గురి అయినట్లు వీడియోలు ప్రముఖ మీడియా చానెల్స్ లో వచ్చాయి.

తూర్పు గోదావరి జిల్లా SP గారిని ఈ వీడియో లు గురించి అడిగినప్పుడు వారు మార్చ్ నెల 29 వ తేదీ విలేకరుల సమావేశం సందర్భంలో వారు విడుదల చేసిన వీడియోలు ను మాత్రమే పరిగణలోకి తీసుకొమ్మని అదేవిధముగా బయట ప్రచారములో వున్న వీడియోలు ప్రామాణికంగా తీసుకోవద్దు అని తెలియచేశారు. కానీ అవే వీడియోలతో పాటు అదనంగా మరికొన్ని వీడియోలను ఆధారముగా చూపుతూ ప్రవీణ్ గారు బైక్ ప్రమాదంలో మరణించినట్లుగా తమ విచారణలో తేలింది అని ప్రకటించారు.  మద్యం తాగి బులెట్ వాహనాన్ని నడపడం వలన వాహనం ప్రమాదానికి గురి అయ్యి ప్రవీణ్ గారు మరణించడం జరిగింది అని తెలిపారు. 

ఈ మొత్తం ఉదంతములో ప్రచారములో వున్న వీడియోలలో మరియు ఫోటో లలో అనేక అనుమానాలకు తావిస్తున్న అనేక ప్రశ్నలకు, సందేహాలకు ఎటువంటి నమ్మశక్యమైన, రుజువులతో కూడిన ఆధారాలు ఇవ్వకుండా మద్యం తాగి బులెట్ వాహనాన్ని నడపడం వలన వాహనం ప్రమాదానికి గురి అయ్యి ప్రవీణ్ గారు మరణించడం జరిగింది అని పోలీస్ వారు చెప్పడం భావ్యం కాదు.

పోస్ట్ మార్టం రిపోర్ట్ లో చెప్పిన అంశాలు, గాయాల వివరాలు నివృత్తి చేయకుండా అనేక అనుమానాలకు తావిస్తున్న ప్రశ్నలకు, సందేహాలకు ఎటువంటి నమ్మశక్యమైన, రుజువులతో కూడిన ఆధారాలు ఇవ్వకుండా మద్యం తాగి బులెట్ వాహనాన్ని నడపడం వలన వాహనం ప్రమాదానికి గురి అయ్యి ప్రవీణ్ గారు మరణించడం జరిగింది అని పోలీస్ వారు చెప్పడం భావ్యం కాదు.
