Regardless of race, colour or creed - he killed an innocent 9 year old human being in a hit and run last year while high on drugs and gets 6 months home detention!!! Shame on you john Elferink for thinking this -"Northern Territory Attorney-General John Elferink said Friday he believed the NT justice system was working well following the sentence of a man Wednesday over the death of an 8-year-old boy in a hit-and-run incident in 2014." You say you don't have the power to appeal this despicable sentence. I'm petitioning Public Prosecutor Jack Karczweski on the behalf of all people who believe this to be a gross miscarriage of justice.
