On February 8th, 2022 around 3 p.m, Nicole Wiebe was traveling home with her infant son in the passenger seat, with a trailer load of livestock feed. She knew her brakes were bad, she knew there were stop signs but she still failed to stop anyways. Resulting in her colliding into another car and splitting it in half. Since she was traveling on gravel roads, there was too much dust for the car in the opposite lane to stop in time resulting in her truck to hit the back of the car. “The white Chevrolet Avalanche was attached and partially inside of the blue Pontiac Grand Prix.” My brother died that day, on impact, because of Nicole’s careless actions. He was my biological dads only son, my moms first born son, a big brother to 5 and a little brother to me. He was supposed to celebrate his 21st birthday this year with the love of his life. They had JUST moved to a new town to better themselves and their lives. My brother should still be here. Nicole knew that stop sign was there, she could’ve stopped in time. My brother would still be here.
I am starting this petition to raise awareness about my brothers accident and to have legal action taken against Nicole. There has been no punishments for what she did to my brother. What she did is vehicular homocide and there still has not been justice for my brother. We have asked a few people what needs to be done to get her charged. This is a start. Our next step is writing a letter to the states attorney. My brother, Justice James Larvie, was wrongfully killed. He deserves justice. #JUSTICEFORJUSTICE #LONGLIVEJUSTICEJAMES
