On April 9th 2020, My cousin Desmond Franklin was killed by an off duty Cleveland police Officer Garcia while at a red light was shot in the side of his head and crash into a grave yard fence on west 25th and the last my family heard officer Garcia was on paid leave my uncle still have so many unanswered questions.
