We want the Courts and DA to look at the evidence that was not seen in Kerry's trial which shows that the Asst. DA and Oakland Police conspired against Kerry Senior during his trial in 2003. He did not stand a chance as they to removed every African American from the Jury Poll.  As they paid the same person who started the altercation to testify against Kerry under Blanket Immunity. This is not made up it is all in black and white and well documented. In 2003 when Kerry was convicted the evidence of his innocence was in the hands of the Public Defender and not presented in Court. 

There is overwhelming proof of his innocence and we want the Powers that Be  to give him his day in Court! 

That is why I am asking that each person who cares about Justice to continue to share this petition and contact DA Pamela Price and Attorney General Rob Bonta. We will not rest until our loved ones are free from an unjust and unequal System of Justice.
