Thousands of postcards were mailed by parents to elected officials , judges State Bar, and Santa Clara Supervisors demanding divorce attorney Nicole Ford be removed from the County's Domestic Violence Council and disbarred. Ford, as many other lawyers, is regularly appointed by family court judges to represent children in middle class and high asset divorce cases. Ford bills parents excessive fees and causes them to pay more for Supervised visitation, therapy and reunification camps. Private businesses that show little to no signs of actually having positive outcomes for kids. But that make judges and lawyers rich. Ford works with other lawyers including Valerie Houghton, BJ Fadem, Heather Allan, Jessica Huey and other lawyers who incite conflict to loot family savings with immunity an appointment affords them.

Patterns of legal abuse harming children is seen connected to family court in Contra Costa, Santa Clara , Orange, Marin, Sacramento, Los Angeles and counties throughout California where lawyers are appointed as minor's counsel, private judges or referees who are simply not needed other than to steal money and futures from kids.
