As we continue to mourn the loss of Danari Ty Peer we also mourn for so many others that have lost lives due to the ongoing senseless crimes being committed by offenders that have stood before the courts previously and have not taken the opportunities given to change seriously. We have asked, begged,prayed and demanded for our communities to be safer and rid of these criminals that serve no purpose other than to do harm. When will enough be enough? Our children and loved ones deserve to enjoy full lives but far to often that is not the case and we must wonder what could have been. We ask you Judge Brostrom to join us in protecting our communities from career criminals like Jaiquann McMurtry and in doing so sentence him to the full extent of the law to ensure he will not be able to damage the lives of anymore families as he has done to the Peers and countless others that have been forever changed by the tragic death of Danari Ty Peer.
