My dear fellow Cheated Home buyers  of Spirewoods/Ananda,

Happy Navratri to all,

As we all know that during last Navratri in October, we had Bhoomi Poojan at site of project Spirewoods, sec.103, Gurgaon, of AN Buildwell. It was blessed Navratri for all of us as alongwith the Bhoomi Poojan, the project got new developer Alpha Corp and also hope for start of construction soon. 

The only hurdle in the way of construction was renewal of license & change of developer and the expected timeline for same (license renewal & change of developer) was 4 months but even after 6 months we are waiting for license renewal.

In such situations following questions come to my mind and probably to every homebuyer. Haven't we missed one more timeline?? Isn't it unfair to take such a long period of time for each and every small work by Courts and Government Authorities? Can't we expect them to work faster and expedite the process in the better interest of HBs especially where projects are already stuck for longer periods of time?

Here, using the platform of change.org, I would like to request DGTCP, Chandigarh to expedite the process of license renewal and change of developer. Also, please ensure the structural strength of all the towers of the project to avoid the incidences like Chintles. Please note, its been more than 6 yrs when company went into liquidation and the construction stopped much before that.

Hope this Navratri will also be a blessed one and we will cross this hurdle too.
