Dear fellow Cheated Home Buyers of Spirewoods,
Greetings,
Hope you all are doing well in your personal and professional life. The common setback in our lives till now has been booking of our flats in Spirewoods project of A N Buildwell as we all got stuck into this due to the liquidation of project in 2016. We have been fighting for revival from last 7 year but due to some or the other reasons work didn't start. Now again there is the time when we all are excited and nervous at the same time as license renewal is near. Getting license renewed will be a major milestone in the journey of getting our flats.
But all this depends on
- Alphacorp- the new developer who is going to build our dream houses
- DTCP- license renewal and change of developer from AN Buildwell to AlphaCorp will be done by DTCP
I request M/S Alphacorp and Mr. T. L. Satyaprakash, DGTCP, Chandigarh to expedite the process and do the formalities at earliest.
Hopefully license renewal will make our February fabulous.
