Dear fellow Cheated Home Buyers of Spirewoods,

Hope you all are healthy and safe,

There is a news all around regarding making of 10 story building in just one day.

We talk about technology, development and many bigger terms in our own country, India. When other countries of world are making 10 storey building in just one day, in India not even single storey has been constructed by thousands of developer.

Our own project Spirewoods of AN Buildwell was started in 2011 and now in 2021, 10 yrs after the project is still incomplete. Isn't it the time for many of the authorities( in our case our decision makers Delhi High Court, Official Liquidator office, DTCP, Registrar of Companies and Court Appointed Commissioner office) to introspect the causes of such huge delay and also to find out the ways to expedite the process? I feel that the processes followed by these departments cause delay.

The only sufferers due to the delay are the #cheatedhomebuyers. We are paying rent, EMIs, bearing mental tension, stress and have developed many health issues too.

With the folded hands I (on behalf of all the HBs of Spirewoods) request all the authorities and especially the Court Appointed Commissioner to make the process smooth and also to ask ex promoters now propounder of the scheme and the new developer of the project Alpha Corp to expedite the revival process and start the construction soon.
