This issue has been raised by different buyers and association many times in front of Honorable Delhi High Court, propounders of scheme and the Court Appointed Commissioner. Its a very sad state that even after signing of Joint Developer Agreement  (JDA between promoters and the new developer of Spirewoods project) and taking over of charge of project Spicewoods by the ex-directors and propounder of revival scheme, no action has been taken in this regard. 

Moreover no progress towards revival of the project is there after the last court order of 17th March 2021.

I request the Honorable Justice Harishankar Prasad, Delhi High Court on behalf of all the homebuyers to take dewatering and structural strength of building on top priority. With the coming monsoon condition will get worsen further.

Hoping for early solution.
