Dear Cheated Buyers of Spirewoods, 

Greetings, 

During the 5 yrs struggling journey to fight for our flats, together we have seen many ups and downs. Few very frustrating moments have come. One such most repetitive moment is getting date after date (in the matter Co Pet. 6/2019 and  Co Pet 704/2014) without any court proceedings. I am discussing this today as again we got the next date. 

I feel very sad that even after 5-6 months of court proceedings, decision is still pending regarding extension of 3 months to do necessary tasks before resuming of construction. Regarding this already 3 incidences have taken place when final date was given (recent was on 10th Nov) but due to some or the other reason next date was given and decision remained pending. In Nov itself there were 4 dates on 10th, 18th, 19th and 26th and now next date is on 9th Dec.

We(buyers) are affected persons in terms of financial losses (for paying rent and EMIs), mental stress etc. Moreover we are not sure of the present condition of building structure strength as it is submerged in water from last 5 yrs.

On behalf of the buyers of Spirewoods, I request Juctice Shri C. HARI SHANKAR ji to decide the matter as early as possible and hope that this delay in decision will turn into blessing for us. The decision will be foolproof in avoiding all roadblocks in future too.
