Hope you all are Corona safe. Corona has affected common man physically, mentally, financially adversely but it has affected us legally too. 

As you already know that after a wait of almost 4 yrs, court of Justice Jayant Nath ji announced the order for revival of our project with the revival of company A N Buildwell. This day was 17th Feb 2020 and the promoters willing to revive the project were given 90 days time as per scheme of revival to do necessary arrangements. Then came this COVID-19 to support promoters. Yes, I am saying support because Corona time came for them as a delay tactic. 90 days gone in lockdown period and then they adopted the strategy to go to DHC for extension of 90 days. These people know how to delay the things in court and started asking for 180 days instead of 90 days? And as expected others started to oppose and 1 month gone. Just before the final date was announced, one more application was filed by one of the ex promoters to delay it further and what we got is "Tarikh per Tarikh".

Again we are waiting for 9th Oct 2020 as final judgement but is it going to be final date? This answer is only with HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE C. HARI SHANKAR, in whose court our case is going to be heard.

On behalf of all of us, I request Justice Shankar ji to decide the matter considering 2 facts which are very important.

* Is Joint Development Agreement signed between ex promoters and new developer to move further.

* How soon both of them are ready to move?

We have waited for long and can wait for another 90 days before it gets started again. But Court and Court Commisioner must ensure timely completion of project which is the only plea we have at present.

Hope  the project will start by the end of this year.
