Dear fellow cheated home buyers of Spirewoods, Greetings, I hope that you and your loved ones are safe during this Covid-19 pandemic. Here is the our story and latest status regarding project.

We all booked our flats in 2011 in Spirewoods, sector 103 Gurgaon (which is a project of A N buildwell) and got stuck due to liquidation of company in March 2016. We were promised to get possession in 2015 as per BBA. In 2016 company was brought into forced liquidation and since then we are fighting in different courts. It's been 9 years waiting for our house after a struggle and fight of 4 years, in February 2020. Delhi High Court announced the Revival order on 17th Feb'2020 but due to Covid-19 and lockdown again tragic time came into our life. Nothing moved even after the revival order due to lockdown. Now also we are waiting to start as courts, OL office and other concerned offices (DTCP etc) are not working. Even if they are working, it's in limited capacity and hence everything is stuck. We are clueless about what is going to happen, what promoters are going to do and when they will hand over the company to promoters, opening of escrow account and most importantly construction would take place. It's already been five months now when order was pronounced. The anxiety and depression is increasing in Spirewoods buyers. At this stage, we can only request courts and OL( official liquidator) office to consider buyer's pain and problem and expedite the work.
We want to see how keen promoters are and how soon they are going to start construction?
