Dear fellow cheated home buyers,

Greetings, 

We all know and remember all the time the famous proverb "Justice delayed is Justice denied" but probably either officer and deciding authorities of the court have forgotten this proverb or don't value it. This might be the reason 517 families are waiting for justice for a long time now. Our hand are always folded to pray to hear a news in terms of revival of our Dream House in Spirewoods, sec 103, Gurugram of A N Buildwell.

We booked houses in 2011-12 and now even after 7-8 yrs, no clarity on when the construction will start. Though we all are confident of getting our houses, WHEN is a big question. 

With the help of this platform I would like to remind all the decision makers once again regarding problems we are facing

*we have spent all our savings, taken loan, paying EMI and rent simultaneously 

*after every few months we need to change our rental accommodation 

*since money is stuck and we are nowhere near to getting our houses, many of us have gone through depression,  stress, high bp and mental trauma

*problems are many but main problem is TIME. We booked flats to be used by ourselves(families) and not for investment purpose to be used by future generations.

On behalf of all Spirewoods buyers and families I once again request Honourable Justice Jayant Nath ji to pronounce judgement regarding revival of Spirewoods asap. 

Hoping to get early revival order.
