Dear supporters, As you already know that on 19th Jan. 17, a surprising news in terms of notification of Cenral Government has come across where it has been said that all the company related matters except few specified will be transferred to NCLT, I have edited this petition to request Mr. Ravi Shankar Prasad, honorable Minister of Law and justice to allow this case be under jurisdiction of Delhi High Court.
