Since the last 24 hours (Jul 24,16) people starting exposing Ekalavya Chaudhuri's works and his ways of molestation and bullying both in offline and online means of communication and RL. One of the victim stood up after he got harressed by him on a regular basis over the internet and in real life along people, many people reacted to this and shared their POVS along with different evidences , but then came the cyber molestation posts and screenshots regarding his behavior and actions to not few but a lot of female victims. As per Section 66A of the IT (Amendment) Act, 2008 prohibits the sending of offensive messages though a communication device (i.e. through an online medium) which he unfortunately breaks along with Penal Code Section 503,499,507 and 509 He is termed to min. 3 years of jailtime and fine but unfortunately to incurr a legal case we would need support, not from a few 100s but a lot of people.

Janhabi Mukherjee, a student of English Literature at Presidency University, has been accused of bullying victims of molestation and otherwise. She has aided and abetted her friend, Ekalavya Chaudhari, again a student of English Literature from Jadavpur University, who was reported against, to have molested and sexually harassed numerous girls. We condemn their deeds and protest against these heinous acts.

Molestation of humans isn't a funny matter to brag about and letting this person stay without any legal action would make others like him have no affect on themselves. As per physically assualting him goes, you're not doing better than him. Ekabali Ghosh was the first person to stand up against this case and open it up to the whole 'connected' cyber world of people of this generation.
