Our 8 Ex Navy Officers have been sentenced to death by court of Qatar that too without any proof against them.

5. Cdr Purnendu Tiwari

6. Cdr Sugunakar Pakala

7. Cdr Sanjeev Gupta 

8. Sailor Ragesh

They were under detention in Qatar jail for almost a year on fictitious charges and without any FIR/formal charges. This is gross violation of basic human right and right of justice.

We urge the Govt of Bharat to immediately intervene in this matter and save the life of 8 Ex Navy officers.

We also request international community,Human Right org,UN to raise their voice vociferously against this gross injustice and ask for their release from jail.

Qatar Govt kept whole matter under the carpet for almost a year and one fine day declared death sentence to all undermining transparency of justice process. This justice petition requesting you all to stand with fellow 8 Navy officers who served our motherland with honour and dignity and ask for their urgent release from Qatar Jail.
