DHA and CBC's poor drainage and planning have wreaked havoc with citizen's lives & property and impeded service delivery of electricity and water.

Poor planning and management resulted in rainwater entering and devastating homes, causing financial damage and personal distress to citizens who have paid the highest price per unit of land.

DHA and CBC administration needs to compensate the owners for their personal losses and anguish!
