JUSTICE FOR ZARYL BUSH – PETITION FOR INDEPENDENT REVIEW

We, the undersigned, are calling for an independent review of the conviction and investigation involving Zaryl Bush due to serious concerns surrounding the integrity of the case.

Multiple troubling issues have raised questions about whether the investigation was conducted fairly and properly, including:

• Allegations involving a lead investigator later identified publicly as a Brady/Giglio officer  
• Reports that detectives connected to the case were later fired  
• Concerns regarding potentially improper or illegal search warrants  
• Delayed witness interviews, including children reportedly questioned weeks later  
• Claims that key eyewitnesses were never properly interviewed  
• Ongoing concerns regarding incomplete discovery and access to records  
• Publicly documented concerns involving falsified reports and withheld evidence tied to investigators involved in the case

Family members and supporters believe these issues deserve full transparency and independent review to ensure justice was properly served.

This petition DOES NOT seek to attack victims or families affected by the case. Instead, it seeks fairness, transparency, accountability, and a complete independent examination of all evidence, investigative conduct, and constitutional concerns related to the conviction.

1. A full independent review of the investigation and conviction  
2. Review of all Brady/Giglio material connected to investigators involved  
3. Review of witness interview procedures and timelines  
4. Review of all discovery and withheld evidence concerns  
5. Transparency regarding investigative misconduct allegations connected to the case

Justice requires transparency, accountability, and confidence in the integrity of the legal system. When serious questions exist, they deserve to be examined fairly and independently.
