At yesterday's hearing, the judge deferred his decision on our appeal. This means he'll be taking more time to decide if he will recommend that Zach be re-sentenced under a new judge. We're not sure when he will make this decision but we're hopeful that it will happen soon and that he will recommend Zach have a chance at re-sentencing. One thing is for sure, it's supporters like you that have made Zach's story a national conversation and are giving us the hope we need to keep pushing for our son.
